Service Description

Regular dreadlock maintenance is vital for not only the health of your dreadlocks but also to keep them looking as neat and tidy as you want them to be. By subscribing to this VIP subscription service, you are entitled to book as often as you would like for your dreadlock maintenance. This not only includes your full head maintenance, but also for quick touch ups such as hairline tidies or small repairs. This subscription allows you to spread the investment of your dreadlock maintenance, giving you more value for money and helping you keep on top of the appearance of your dreadlocks. You are also entitled to book further in advance by having access to my calendar earlier than everyone else! GOLD VIP Full head subscription is available for £120 per month with a 3 month minimum obligation.


Cancellation Policy

Welcome to our Dreadlock Maintenance Subscription Service! This policy outlines the terms and conditions for clients who choose to subscribe to our service. By signing up for the subscription, you agree to the following terms: 1. Subscription Commitment Monthly Payment: By subscribing, you agree to pay a set monthly fee in return for a prescribed number of appointments, as detailed in your chosen subscription tier. Minimum Subscription Period: The subscription requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months. After this period, you can cancel or continue the subscription on a month-to-month basis. 2. Appointment Booking Booking Without Deposit: As a subscriber, you are not required to pay an additional deposit when booking your appointments. The monthly subscription fee covers your maintenance sessions. Commitment to Appointments: By booking an appointment, you commit to attending the session on the scheduled date and time. Please ensure you select appointment times that you can reliably attend. 3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. No-Show Policy: We understand that emergencies happen, but persistent no-shows (more than two within a three-month period) may result in the invalidation of your subscription without refund. In the case of invalidation due to no-shows, the client will be responsible for paying the full hourly rate for any future services if they wish to continue. 4. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each month after the initial three-month period unless cancelled by the client. Cancellation: After the minimum three-month commitment, you may cancel your subscription at any time by providing notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations requested after this period will apply to the following month. Refund Policy: Subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, you will still have access to the service until the end of the current billing period. 5. Service Usage Number of Appointments: Your subscription tier determines how many appointments you are entitled to per year. You are responsible for booking these appointments within the subscription period. Unused appointments do not carry over to the next period or continue after cancellation of the subscription.
